My Story
I created Bright Raven Strategies after years of working in nonprofit systems, community programs, and the legal field — and eventually, burning out. Like many people called to purpose-driven work, I believed I had to do it all, and do it perfectly. I carried the weight of good intentions and a million details, without the right kind of support.

Starting my own mission-led projects helped me realize just how much I wished someone had been there — someone who understood both the heart of the work and the structure it requires. So I became that person for others.

Today, I help nonprofit founders, small teams, solo practitioners, and creative entrepreneurs bring their work into form — with thoughtful systems, strategic guidance, and real-world experience. I’ve facilitated retreats, guided organizational startups, and helped transform scattered ideas into sustainable offerings. Along the way, I’ve stayed committed to one truth: clarity and care should never be out of reach.
